PAYMENT POLICY

  • 50% advance payment (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required at the time of booking to confirm the contract.
  • All bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis—no tentative reservations.
  • The remaining 50% is due after the last event/shoot to unlock photos for selection on our client portal.

PHOTO SELECTION & DELIVERY

  • Clients must select their images within 15 days of the last event. Delays in selection may delay delivery up to 14 weeks.
  • The standard delivery time is 7-8 weeks after selection, provided that the payments are cleared.
  • Albums will be cancelled if the selection is not submitted within 90 days of the event.

PHOTOSHOOT TIMESLOT

  • All photo shoots are one-hour sessions. A 30-minute grace period is included to accommodate minor delays.
  • Photographers will leave at the scheduled end time to Fulfill other commitments. No refunds for late arrivals.

DATA SAFETY AND INTEGRITY

  • Clients must collect their high-resolution photos via a hard drive after payment completion.
  • House of TRK will retain client data for up to 90 days after the event. After this period, data cannot be recovered.
  • Edited photos & videos will be stored for 45 days after the “Album Ready” notification. Any loss beyond this period cannot be claimed.

VIDEO DELIVERY

  • Raw video footage is not provided to clients.
  • Video changes can only be requested within 10 days of the “Ready Date.” After this, raw footage is permanently deleted.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

  • By confirming a booking, clients automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.
