It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by both Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd (Referred to as House of TRK). and the client, in writing separately.

PAYMENT POLICY: 50% Advance Payment (NON REFUNDABLE) is required at the time of registration of the event to confirm the contract. All bookings are on first come first serve basis and no tentative reservations are given. The Remaining 50% is due after the last event/shoot to unlock photos for selection on our client portal

PHOTO SELECTION/DELIVERY: Selection of images is required within 15 days of the last event. House of TRK will not be responsible for any delay in selection if the client delays the payment to unlock the photos for selection. Our standard turnaround time post selection is 7-8 weeks if the selection is done on time. In an event of late selection, the delivery might be delayed beyond the above timeline depending on the deliverables workload at our end.

COVERAGE & TEAM: The team on venue is lead by a Team lead whose contact details are communicated with the client in advance. Any decision of the Team lead on the venue regarding coverage is final. Coverage of gents gathering in a segregated event is done up till the first entry on the ladies side. Any activity after that on the gents is covered upon request.

PHOTOSHOOT TIMING: The client is requested to follow the assigned Shoot timeslot and align their ready time accordingly. All shoots are one hour sessions. A margin of 30 minutes is already incorporated in the shoot slots to accommodate any late coming or makeup salon delays. House of TRK Resources shall leave the venue at the end of the session/timeslot. It is entirely the client’s responsibility to be in time in order to not miss the shoot. In case this does occur, there would be no refunds. A shoot after the said slot shall only be done upon receipt of payment for an extra shoot.

PUNCTUALITY: As a gesture of goodwill, we shall arrive on the venue 15-30 minutes prior to the time mentioned.

MISCONDUCT: Our team is a set of highly professional and educated individuals with respectable family backgrounds, they will treat your guests as their own and make all the possible efforts to ensure that your event is executed as smoothly as possible. In an event where any misconduct or unacceptable comments are experienced by the team from the guest end, The Team lead on spot has the right to cancel the coverage/shoot and leave the venue without notice. In case of such incident there will be no refund from House of TRK due to incomplete coverage and the client will be responsible for the incident. In an event of any misconduct by any of the team member the client is immediately required to contact Taimur Riaz Khan on 0345-8505725.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE: Any damage caused to any piece of equipment during the event or shoot by the guests will be billed to the client in the final invoice.

EVENT CANCELLATION: If Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond our control, (death, injury, sickness etc.), our liability shall be limited to a refund of the services affected only. Should the client cancel, there will be no refund of the advances paid and only adjustment will be made of the money paid in future bookings.

ALBUM CANCELLATION: House of TRK reserves the right to cancel the albums of the client if selection is not received within 90 days (3 months) of the event. The couple is marked as defaulter if the selection is not received within 5 months. In case of cancelation the client has to Pay extra amount of 15000/- per album to get their albums processed and printed.

DATA INTEGRITY AND SAFETY: Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. Is only responsible for the safekeeping of the client’s data for up to THREE MONTHS from the date of the event in case any selection is not received by us. All photographs after that shall be moved to an archive; recovery from which is not guaranteed. While every effort is made at our end to preserve an archive, it is physically challenging for us to store the clients data for long periods of time. The client is therefore requested to get a copy of all the data along with the albums by providing us with their own storage medium; failing which shall result in no guarantee for the safe keeping of the data by Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd.

QUANTITY OF CONTENT: Whilst every effort will be made to meet the minimum number of photographs in a package, the number of photographs may be less due to conditions outside of the control of the photographer such as and not limited to, weather, accidents and time constraints. If you may wish to select more photos than the agreed number, each extra photo shall be charged at the previously agreed rate. On the other hand, the duration of the video of any event cannot be predicted before the edit. The length of the video will depend on the event itself.

EXCLUSIVITY: Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. will be the sole professional photographer (s) at the venues specified. In case of another hired photographer, House of TRK shall be informed beforehand. We do however encourage photographers being taken by the family but that too sparingly so that the workflow of the photographers and videographers is not disturbed. Furthermore, in an event of rush or unorganized flow of event, we will try our best to guide the client as much as possible to keep the coverage as smooth as possible, however the team on the venue is not responsible to manage kids and clear them repeatedly during key activates. The client is requested to manage that accordingly and preferably align a resource for coordination.

CREATIVE LICENCE/COPYRIGHTS: Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. We will do our best to honor requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. The Copyright Ordinance, 1962 assigns copyright to Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. Permission is given for negatives/files to be used to obtain reprints and enlargements. Where any of the photography material is published, whether in whole or part, online or in print, credit must be given to The Photographer/Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd.

PRIVACY: Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. will store your name and wedding details on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of Events by House of TRK SMC (Pvt) Ltd. should you wish to have your details removed from our database, please advise us in writing. Any photos uploaded on social media channels are uploaded only after the approval/Permission of the client. In case any client wants to withdraw their approval post Upload, the request will be taken into consideration and action will be taken within 24 Hours.
